I’ve had an adventure in moving chefjudi.com from one web host to another. I apologize if you’ve come to visit and found only that generic wordpress site with nothing on it. My plan is to be a much more regular contributor to news of recipes, cookbooks, gadgets, and appliances.

One thing that’s been keeping me busy is finishing my Best Meringues Cookbook and getting it ready to be published. As you can see over there on the top right of the page, the cookbook is now available in both paperback and Kindle format from Amazon.com. Give it a look!

All the recipes are gluten free. If you’ve been here before, you know that I’ve been on the lookout for gluten free treats for my sister and niece, who both have celiac disease. Finding acceptable gluten-free bread and pasta is difficult enough – but dessert treats? I’ve been collecting and testing and revising and developing these recipes, and we decided they were too good not to share. I’m especially proud of the Tiramisu recipe; it’s one I developed myself and seems to be a crowd pleaser.

There won’t be only gluten free recipes and tips to be found here, so please check often. I’m including YouTube and Yahoo answers postings to keep things current when I’m busy with other sites.
