@mikeybaby77 It is more difficult . I have decided I’m going to have both Charcoal and gas . The gas grill is ok but unpredictable . Mine flames up a lot and it just drives me crazy . This recipe could work on gas but I’m thinking charcoal would taste much better .

If you want to know a bad ass seasoning to go with beef stew, grinded coffee adds a real difference Just use up your favorite type of coffee seeds and get a coffee grinder, I also like to add it on my steaks as well.
