Question by Tat L: How do I go about selling gourmet apples? Do I start with samples or do I get licensed and find a kitchen?
Gourmet apples would probably sell well in my area, but I don’t know where to start. I’m thinking that I should first make samples and allow people and businesses to taste my products and rate them before attempting to get licensed. And, I also need some tips on finding a commercial kitchen; I’m only 17.
