Question by Jessica S: Can you saute a steak and have it come out as well as if you’d grilled it?
I would like to cook some steaks but right now, I don’t have a grill or even a grill pan. What kind of steak would you recommend to saute? Cook time, etc? Thanks!

if you have a stove you can broil it, it comes out good

Question by snugs: How the heck do you saute chicken without the inside remaining pink?
Every time I try to saute a chicken breast the inside remains raw unless I cut it into smaller pieces. How can you saute a full size breast without the inside remaining pink?

my answer would be to cook it low and slow. or do what i have done fillet the breast in half. good luck

Question by allstar363: How do I make a saute or peanut sauce for dipping chicken strips in?
Safeway has some chicken saute that has this delicious sauce on it that is peanuty, sweet, and spicy. I really want a sauce that is close to that for a dipping sauce. Anyone have any good ideas?
